Registration Guidelines
Registration details, fees and important information for APSNC 2026 (1–4 December 2026, Sri Lanka). Delegates, including abstract presenters, should complete their registration online through the registration form on the next step.
Speakers do not register through the website. Speaker registration is completed through a personalised email from the Organising Committee.

Payment
- Please complete registration and payment through the online registration system.
- Onsite registration is available in Sri Lankan Rupees (LKR), cash only. Confirm before publishing.
Group Registration
Organisations, institutions, hospitals, universities and industry partners registering multiple delegates may be eligible for group discounts.
- Eligibility: minimum number of delegates, single organisation, single invoice (to be confirmed).
- Discount tiers: 5–9 delegates: [ ]%; 10–19 delegates: [ ]%; 20 or more delegates: [ ]% (to be confirmed).
How to register as a group: send an email with the subject “Group Registration APSNC 2026” to secretariat@apsnc2026.org.
Cancellation Policy

- All cancellations must be notified by email to the secretariat.
- Refund deadline: [date to be confirmed].
- Cancellation charge: [ ]% of fees paid, deducted for administrative costs.
- Cancellations after the deadline, and no-shows, are not refunded.
